PRIVATE EVENTS AT TREEFORT MUSIC HALL

In between Duck Club shows we host various private and special events at Treefort Music Hall. Everything from wedding receptions, corporate events, industry conferences, retreats, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, school dances like proms, quinceañeras, birthday parties, retirement parties, family reunions, private event functions and more!

Treefort Music Hall a 8,578 sq ft space with a capacity of 1041 standing, 350 theater seating, located in the heart of downtown Boise (722 W Broad St.) with a 20×60 ft stage, state-of-the-art sound and lighting system and full bar serving local and specialty drinks. Private rentals include access to 60 chairs, 38 barstools, 23 bistro tables and 20 counter-height cocktail tables. Staffing includes one sound technician, one lighting technician, one TMH venue manager (Onsite as a liaison with private event planner/manager).

Hap Hap Lounge is the rooftop lounge above Treefort Music Hall that is open to the public (21+) six days a week (Tues-Sun) from 4pm – 2am. Hap Hap Lounge is a separate venue and a separate cost. Private event rentals may only be available on Mondays, please inquire here.

As an event planner for the past 14 years, I've had the opportunity to work alongside a wide range of venues in that time. To summarize my experience with Treefort Music Hall in one word I'd say phenomenal. The staff has outstanding communication, great attention to detail, and are truly just as vested in the execution of your event. The venue itself is world class. The audio/visual is top of the line, décor aesthetic easy to incorporate into any theme, and the layout is super functional. They venue may be known for the music scene, but it's definitely a great, centrally located venue for so many other purposes too. I'd absolutely work here again, anytime.
