In between Duck Club shows we host various private and special events at Treefort Music Hall. Everything from wedding receptions, corporate events, industry conferences, retreats, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, school dances like proms, quinceañeras, birthday parties, retirement parties, family reunions, private event functions and more!
This 8,570 sq ft venue offers sight lines throughout the room for an excellent view of the elevated stage no matter where you’re located. The space can accommodate 1,050 guests standing or 300-400 seated, meaning we can comfortably host parties of all sizes–no matter what you have planned, we’ve got you covered.
Featuring a state of the art sound and lighting system, we guarantee whether you’re hosting a large scale national conference or an office happy hour, the audio will be crystal clear and the lighting impeccable.
We are pleased to offer the use of a beautiful custom-designed full service bar, with an innovative bar team who can create customized menus for your events. We will work with you to create a bar experience that will please all of your guests.
The venue offers several different seating areas, allowing you to create an inviting space that accommodates all of your guests, with plenty of room to mold the space to work for you. Plus, stylish green rooms to host your VIP guests in style.
In addition our helpful staff, including your personal Private Event Liaison, has close connections with local vendors for audio, production, design, and rental needs, as well as access to local and national musicians for live music offerings.
